    Born in Provence, in the village of Ansouis, he grew up surrounded by local, seasonal products as his parents were farmers and winegrowers.

    After a career as a school teacher, he trained in professional cooking at the Ferrandi school in Paris. He gained further experience working at the Michelin-starred Pointe Noire bistro in Aix-en-Provence, created by three-star chef Alexandre Mazzia.

    He now offers generous market cuisine with bistronomic influences, blending the excellence of local ingredients with modern Provençal and Mediterranean flavors.
