Paris-born, Provence-inspired, Raleigh-based. Florence Melin didn't spend years in Provence — but the time she did spend there changed how she cooks, shops, and eats forever. Fourteen years later, as founder of Sucre & Sel and a FERRANDI-trained chef, she's bringing the people, markets, and flavors that shaped her back to life — for you. She founded Le Gourmet Getaway because no tour could give her clients what she wanted them to have: real access, real people, real food.
Picture yourself wandering through sun-drenched Provençal markets, mastering classic recipes with French chefs, and sipping chilled rosé aboard a private sailboat off Marseille's stunning coast. This is your invitation to experience the authentic heart of Provence.
